What a really lovely hotel. Very kind, helpful staff, and a very pleasant, quiet and well-appointed room. The breakfast was delicious. I was not feeling well when we arrived, and the staff could not have been more helpful. more

The most enthusiastic staff I have ever come across; helpful, warm, quick, but not in your face. Not polished like the excellent and superb Adlon in Berlin.
