I was in Bialystok on a conference, and this was the hotel the organisers had designated for delegates to stay at. On the plus side, it was ultra-cheap (less than £20 a night). It is located on the edge of town, close to a decent shopping mall.
The hotel, at least back in Sept 04 when I was there, was classic 80s Poland in style. I kind of like that, though. It reminded me of how I lived as an English teacher in mid-90s Poland (before anything had been refurbished anywhere).
It was friendly, clean, basic and cheap, with a decent size of room.
