I stayed at this hotel just for one night and I was absolutely content with the quality, as well as the price (I booked it via the booking.com website in several days advance).
The hotel is located halfway between the railway station and the Gliwice main (old) square, just 5-10 min. walk from each. Thus, it is very convenient for people travelling by train and wanting to stay in the city center. There are a lot of bars, small restaurants, cafes, etc, nearby.
The hotel itself is housed in an old, renovated building, with a nice restaurant on the ground floor. The room I was given (in fact, it was a double room for single use) was really spacius (much roomier than most ***hotels in Western Europe), clean, with a spacious and well equipped bathroom. The ceiling is pretty high, too thus, you really do not feel squeezed like in a small cage.
