The hotel is absolutely spotless, very modern, nice and friendly. I and my partner really enjoy our stay there. If it wasn't for the access to the hotel we would have no complaint to make.
We did find the hotel and the street easily as we were using GPS but it turned out to be no access road. We phoned up the hotel and the receptionist gave us another street name. Which was a place completely somewhere else in Katowice. We ended up driving back and forth for nearly an hour trying to find the actual access road.
Eventually we ended up where we started and phoned up the hotel again for better directions. This time it was another member of the reception team who offered to pick up us as it was less than 5 mins walk.
It turned out you have to drive through the petrol station, pass the car wash and only then you're on the right track!!!
We were told that hardly anyone who comes with own car can find the hotel because it's rather a strange way. To my question "so... more
