Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, English not the greatest but certainly try. Room was great, service was fine. The breakfast and dinners I ate there were all worthy of 5 stars and I was very happy and certainly will go back.

I visited the hotel Novotel Katowice twice on business in April 2013. I always found obliging staff, clean room, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. In my opinion, very good hotel for good price.

Good service, good breakfast. Bathroom's equipment was a bit lower level than expected for the hotel of this level (cheap disposable plastic cups, outdated hair-dryer). But the rest was pretty good. There is also a swimming pool and sauna.
