We spent four nights in this hotel in May 2013 and we loved our stay very much. Food was good, the staff was great and very helpful - thank you for the tips about the Zapiekanka and all the general information about Krakow and the tours around.

This is a very nice hotel. And at that price it's a bargin. Such nice friendly and helpful staff - they are worth an extra star. I guess we got the raw deal,the hotel states that it has wifi in every room,NOT TRUE, Room 1 and 2 do not have it,just outside they do,but not inside,not great,they said they would find out about it.Just buy another router,simple!
