My wife and I booked the first two nights of our honeymoon in Krakow at the Royal Plaza Apartments for the following reasons after visiting their web site: prime location, beautiful decors, free WiFi, a jacuzzi and sauna and acceptable price. This is exactly what we were looking forward to after a long bus trip. The establishment failed to provide some of these services.

Upon arrival at the given address, we were unable to find any markings indicating the Royal Plaza Apartments; all we could find at that location was a hostel called "Kadetus Hostel". After calling the phone number for the apartments, the receptionist confirmed that the hostel was the owner of the apartments and that we had to register with them. The desk clerk was friendly and showed us to our room with no explanations regarding WiFi access, laundry services or access to the jacuzzi and sauna.
