This is a great hotel just 10 minutes walk from the top of the Potemkin steps. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The room was large and well furnished in a very restful mix of browns and beige.
The restaurant has a mixture of Ukranian and Italian/International cuisine and was very good although service was a little slow. Also I there was some confusion when I wanted a whole bottle of wine instead of just a glass!
The only down point was that there is a flight of 20+ steps up to the front door and then a few more up to the lift so it wouldn't be ideal for those with a mobility problem.
