Rooms were very nice - large with everything that was needed. Although out of the way it was easy to get into the city centre. Trams were 50p were a return journey with a 10 min walk to the tram stops. We managed to get a taxi for £7 for 4 people. Beware of taxis after 10pm a they charge... more

My husband and I stayed in the hotel from 31/12/2008 for four days. It is exceptionally clean and sheets and towels were changed every day. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel is not far from the centre, to walk to tram takes 5-10 mins and then costs 50p to get to the centre, or a taxi costs about £5. Stayed here for 3 nights. It was clean and modern, had a superb pool Food was great too. Cant recommend highly enough. 5 miles from centre, but dont let that put you off. Taxis called by reception on request. more
