Excellent Hotel. This is the second time we have stayed here. Rooms are spotless, friendly staff and terrific location. Hotel Pollera is in the best location in Krakow 2 mins from old town square, tourist information and Urbis Travel (where they speak English and you can book all trips and train tickets etc). Stayed 3 nights with wife and another couple. The hotel is very convenient: about halfway between the station and the main square.
