The hotel is situated opposite the opera house just a short walk from the station and town square. It is one of the oldest hotels in Krakow and still has lots of original features such as the beautiful stained glass window on the large staircase. All the rooms have impressive white double doors, the first time you put the key... more

This hotel is in city centre. A brilliant location, 1 minute walk to the square where you will find alot of the tourist attractions. We stayed here before and did not hesitate in going back. Nice rooms, tidied daily, and bathrooms are spotless. I am fussy when it comes to hotels and cleanliness..I had NO grumbles with this hotel. It... more

We stayed for a 2 night stay at the Pollera and have absolutely no complaints, the rooms were great, breakfast was more than adequate, the staff were helpful and very pleasant. We had arranged through the hotel to be collected by taxi to and from the airport this was an excellant service and good value for money. Pollera is a... more

Excellent Hotel. This is the second time we have stayed here. Rooms are spotless, friendly staff and terrific location. Usual continental buffet breakfast, but more than enough to set you up for the day. Have recommended this hotel to several friends, who like us really liked it. Check out the hotels own website for room rate offers more

Hotel Pollera is in the best location in Krakow 2 mins from old town square, tourist information and Urbis Travel (where they speak English and you can book all trips and train tickets etc). We had 5 fantastic nights there. Auschwitz, Jewish Ghetto, Nova Hutta, Chopin concert. Excellent breakfast - everything you could want, Apart from one evening we dined... more

My parents booked this place and when I read the other reviews I tried to talk them out of staying here. A previous writer called the place "musty". Now, I don't know if they have airconditioning, so in the summer I can not say, but for the fall when I stayed there the place was AWESOME. The location is tremendous,... more

Stayed 3 nights with wife and another couple. The hotel is very convenient: about halfway between the station and the main square. We arrived by train at 7.30pm and were sitting in the square by 8pm, having checked in! Having seen other reviews of new hotels on the "wrong" side of the Vistula, I can't believe this place doesn't get... more

We have just spent two nights at Hotel Pollera, if you are looking for a trendy luxury place dont book this, but we thought it was great.....the staff are friendly and helpful, especially if you make a little effort, it does'nt take much to learn to thank people in Polish, but it certainly makes a difference to them, we noticed... more

We have been to Krakow 3 times and this was the worst. The room smelled really old and moldy. It flared up my allergies. Floors were creeky. Room was very small. No stand up shower. Had to sit in the tub and rinse off. They put us in a room way in the back over looking a trashy alley. Breakfast... more
