Stayed in October 2011. Pros -Good central location less than 5 mins walk to the Old Town. Rooms fairly basic but very clean. Good showers. Hotel not rowdy and is quite peaceful. Stayed at the Atrium hotel in August 2011 and found this hotel was great value. There were two of us and our room was a decent size,clean and the hotel location was within easy walking distance of "The market square" in the centre of Krakow. Will definetly go back to Krakow and the Atrium hotel. More

friendly staff, happy to help.. room smaller than what i expected but lovely and clean. Good firm bed. No black out curtains, no tea and coffee making facilities, Although they provided chilled water on each floor free of charge, appreciated. I've been there in July and I had a great time. The hotel is quite new, furniture is simple but there's everything you need. In the room there's lots of space for you and your things. This would have had 5 stars if we hadn't unexpectedly had to stay somewhere else on the first night. Clean and well looked after. Staff helpful and spoke excellent English. Very good breakfast buffet. Only 5 min walk from the old town. Room at the front was a bit noisy with deliveries early in the morning. More
