Went with some friends. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the Main Square and also within the Planty. We found staff very friendly and helpful. Tea/coffee and biscuits in the room were gratefully enjoyed. Plenty of variety at the buffett breakfast or there was a Milkbar nearby.

I avoid placing negative reviews, when you really need internet access and your hotel is unable & unreliable to provide you the internet access they promised, then you get upset! I just lost a working day struggling to send my e-mails, not to mention I cannot use anything else as part of job, as I came for a business trip.... More

I stayed in that hotel during amazing weekend in Kraków. The hotel is situated very close to the Main Square (Św. Tomasz'a Street). It has its own underground parking place (it cost 60 PLN per day). Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was very good (it cost 35 PLN per person).

Location amazing. Staff friendly and helpfull. I left some jewelery there and they found it and posted it back to me. the rooms are clean and have adequate heatin which is very much needed in winter! Recommended!

The best thing about this hotel is its location! Close to main street and plaza, and the large shoppingmall. Beds were not the best and breakfast was poor and not very tasty, could use some cut fruit to mix with the youghurt. But it was included though.
