Just returned from a weekend break to Kracow. Hotel is superb value; buffet breakfast is excellent with a really good variety of products. Location is fine; it takes around 15 minutes to walk to the main square, 20 minutes to the rail station. However evening meals are over-priced by Kracow standards. We were on a tour and stayed at the Novetel for a few days. It is conveniently located west of Wawel Castle and one can walk to Old Town or a longer walk along the river to the Jewish Quarter. Book online for best rate superior room on 6th floor - larger. Easy 15 minute walk to old town centre with its wealth of sights and marvellous choice of restaurants.
