Has all the ingredients for an excellent hotel. Rooms well designed. Most staff pleasant. But spoiled by poor detailed management. Towel & shampoo missing. Duvets too small. Reluctance to change money when I wanted zlotys for the toilet. No bran at breakfast; sultanas/raisons ran out & none came when asked; scrambled egg ran out; no one to give you coffee.... more

This is a great central hotel, right in the old town and within walking distance of everything. It's big and modern, spotlessly clean and the rooms were very warm and comfortable after a few hours out and about in the freezing fog. Just returned from a 4 day trip to Krakow, Poland. We stayed at the Raddison SAS 5" hotel which was fantastic. Expensive hotel, but worth it. Clean, but the room we have got it was conecting room, and next door we had a kids. Anyway, if you want to stay few minutes from Old Market, and Planty, Wawel and Wisla choose this one. more
