We arrived at The Radisson early due to flight times and had forgotten to book an early check in but the reception staff were more than helpful, they gave us a complimentary drink voucher to use at the hotel bar as well as some free literature including a map of Krakow and a book detailing everything you needed to know... This hotel is n a excellent location, only 5/10 mins walk from the am square. It is comfortable nd clean but does not get close to 5 star quality. The rooms feel a bit dated - very 80's! Breakfast is served at tables so close, they may as well push them together! Breakfast was average. Check out was slow -... More

We had a very nice room on the 5th floor facing the castle and the beds were extremely comfortable. Might be a little hard for some.... The staff all over the hotel were extremely serviceminded. The breakfast was included in our roomrate. If not it's 85 zloty and we never had a dinner at that price anywhere. Too pricy!! The... More

Rooms are nice and clean, the location is outstanding. Staff at reception and in breakfast are nit the most efficient (and polite, in the case of reception) but I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Krakow. More

Hotel Very good 4* hotel (some say 5* but we rate at 4+*) Rooms Well equipped with TV (not enough channels), coffee machine, tea making facility and a mini bar with enough roon left for your own use...(impressive!) Negatives....didn't replenish the milk or the shampoo in our frinds room. We had to ask for a robe to use, they only... More

There are many good reasons for visiting Krakow: Nowa Huta, Oskar Schindler, Karol Wojtyla, etc. etc. It is Eastern Europe at its most cultured, and least discovered, the ancient royal capital and intellectual epicentrel of Poland. Unlike Prague there is a pacity of tourist busses, tourist menus and hen and stag pary venues. Book shops are packed all day, classical... More

Very nice hotel, rooms huge and spacious, breakfast excellent lots of choice, only complaint was the bed was quite hard, I like a firm bed but this was too firm. Ecellent location not far to main square 5 mins. No bath foam in room only shower gel and as travellling for 8 hours from the ukraine needed a soak. More
