Location good, breakfast good, but overall not the usual 5 star hotel. Bedroom ok service not the best though, couldn’t help with an electrical adapter (continental don’t fit!) Great Hotel good location opposite the Planty 3 min Palace 5min square very comfortable rooms although a bit pricey to drink there, breakfast really good lots of variety only down side was the bacon, sasauges etc where cold but other wise a very good hotel. more

Having read previous reviews about the Radisson SAS, I would agree with most of these reviews. The hotel is in a great location for all major attractions, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room was excellent, comfortable, clean and warm, we had snow and it was cold in Krakow still in March. Have stayed in many hotels in Krakow and the Radisson SAS is easily in my top 3. I was in a Business Class room (??) and it was huge. Separate bath and double shower, all absoloutely spotless. Stayed at this hotel with a group of friends in feb 09. The hotel is in an excellent location just around 5minutes walk from the main square.
