Good central location, the hotel could do with setting aside space to create a meeting place for guests.Breakfast ok. Ask for fried eggs or omelette as an alternative to the cold hard boiled eggs. Clean and tidy generous rooms shame about the poorly fitted windows that let in all the noise throughout the night, oh and was it noisy!!!!

Excellent central hotel. Clean tidy rooms. Breakfast buffet a bit hit and miss with what you get. If tea and coffee had been provided in rooms would have rated a 5. No evening meal , no bar and no central meeting area.

A friendly comfortable, clean hotel, continental breakfast was nice, wanted to order room service one night only water on offer, no tea or coffee in rooms, shower in room was great, but perfectly located for main square a few minutes walk with a lovely park at end of road. Overall a lovely little hotel and ultimately a great price.

Great place to stay in Krakow Old Town. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The bathroom had a pwerful, hot shower, which was fabulous given that the temperature was -16 degrees. Breakfast was served buffet style in the basement and there was a really good choice. I would stay there again.
