The Sheraton in Krakow is truly a luxury hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and attractive. I really loved the fact that the bathrooms had HUGE bath sheets, instead of the tiny towels provided other places. This city exceeded our expectations. The hotel was excellent. The room was about 400 square feet including the bath. We had a great view of the river from room 404. This hotel was just perfect for a trip to Krakow. Although we got a cheap deal through Hotel.com we still got a superb room. If we asked for anything it was done within minutes. more
