We spent 3 nights here and loved every minute. The staff were very helpful and efficient and spoke perfect English. Our room was warm and cosy, just what was needed with the snow and cold weather. (Rooms have no kettle, so if you like your warm drinks bring a travel kettle). The room was on the top floor and gave... more
There is only one room that is acceptable in this hotel and that is on the top floor overlooking the back. All other rooms either look onto a noisy street or towards the glassed-in elevator shaft with a noisy fan at the bottom. If you want to open your windows, you have some noise. Note that they put perfumed air-freshener... more
We stayed at Hotel Senacki for a long weekend from Friday to Sunday. The hotel staff were very helpful, cheerful and really looked after us. They happily arranged a taxi to and from the hotel and airport, which was added to the final bill. The chef made a huge birthday cake for my Husband's birthday and the meal in the... more
The Senacki Hotel is centrally located in the old city with the main points of interest within easy walking distance. The hotel staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Bedrooms were clean with good ensuite bathrooms. It looked as if there had been a recent refurbishment. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food. It was great to arrive... more
Had a lovely time at the hotel senacki and would definately recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in krakow close to the main square (5 min walk) but far enough away from all the noise. Found staff to be very helpful and friendly all speaking very good english. Breakfast consists of the usual continental fare but you can order... more
We stayed in the attic room at the Senacki for three nights. The attic room is big with a large bathroom as well. The hotel's location was wonderful. Steps away from Wawel and a really short walk to the main piazza/square. The Jewish quarter is also a short 10 - 15 minute walk. Staff was attentive and helpful. Their english... more
This is a brilliant hotel. We stayed for 3 nights in April 2007. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, the bed very comfy. The power shower is the best I've had a in long time. There's a pub in the basement and a restaurant on the ground floor, but these didnt seem to be busy and so didnt... more
This lovely small intimate hotel is very close to the Market Square and is very convenient to everything. We stayed for three nights in a suite which consisted of an outer lobby, sitting area and separate bedroom. It was warm and furnished very nicely. Breakfast was varied with mainly cold buffet but eggs were also available. The variety was certainly... more
This is a late posting, apologies, but I only signed up to TripAdvisor this pm. I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last two years... with my husband and then again with our daughter. I truly boutique hotel, in the Parisian mode. Great service, small and friendly... nothing is too much trouble for the efficient staff who have... more
