Like another reviewer, I throught that when I checked in they should have told me about the 10% discount at the restaurant for people staying there. This is not a 5 stars hotel, but everything is perfect in its own way. The rooms are very clean, quiet and the building is surrounded by a great garden. Breakfast included - very rich and good; dinner is excellent too. There's a big choice of foods. The parking is monitored and very big. The staff is really kind, friendly... more

This hotel is very charming, clean & easy to get to from the road (very well marked). Food was excellent in the hotel, although it would have been nice if the receptionist would have told us that we receive a 10% discount as guests, as we ended up paying full price. Only about a 10 minute trip into Krakow city... more

We loved this hotel. Rooms were very nice, service excellant and food was great. We were moved here by another Hotel that had a problem. Did not know what to expect, and to our amazement we (I think) got an excellant Hotel. Can not say enough good things about this place. Will definetly stay here again. George USA, Arizona more
