Stayed in room 29 in attic room with very restricted head height and only a velux window in the ceiling. Very claustrophobic! Shower head was broken with only a jet of water (cleaner would have known this when cleaning the shower), no batteries in the remote control. we stayed for 1 night at the ostoya palace and really enjoyed it we would go back there again. I wanted to visit auschwitz and we arrived at 12 o clock and the hotel organised for us to go by 1.30pm. breakfast was good alot of different choice including smoked salmon. more
