We spent 3 days in Ostoya Palace Hotel. It's very clean and comfortable hotel with large and well decorated rooms. The hotel is well situated, around 7 minutes walk from the Market Square. The breakfast was very good with a rich selection of dishes. We would highly recommend this hotel! more

A very annonymous entrance to the hotel leads to a staircase which appears to go nowhere until you get to the top and see a reception desk off to the side. There is no lounge to relax in. The Bedroom was is in the attic of the hotel with 2 sky light windows with blinds that are shut. The duvet... more

Stayed in room 29 in attic room with very restricted head height and only a velux window in the ceiling. Very claustrophobic! Shower head was broken with only a jet of water (cleaner would have known this when cleaning the shower), no batteries in the remote control. Sheets were not fitted and also had holes, duvet for the double bed... more

i stayed at the ostoya palace in march of this year and returned in sept with friends after i had recommended it to them how disappointed we were, unless you went to breakfast at 7-8am there was nothing left only salad, we spoke to the waitress several times to replenish the cold meats but she seemed to ignore this, the... more

This is an excellently situated hotel for visiting Krakow, easy walking to most of the inner city sights and well situated for trams/buses/trips out. It is an old hotel and the 'de luxe' rooms on the first floor have very high ceilings and appropriate facilities for the class. The hotel is clean and has good and very friendly service throughout,... more

Lovely old fashioned hotel in a good location in an interesting city Staff were excellent and were most helpful at all times and quick to respond to the one small problem we had with the heating in the room. Breakfast was not as advertised but was plentiful and varied but could challenge some people. Room was of a good size... more

The Ostoya Palace was a very nice experience. We stayed there for three nights and the staff was helpful and friendly and really takes great pride in their work. The Sauna which is available for rent for 25 Zloty (6-7 Euros) was also nice and relaxing. The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is that the beds... more

Arrived Kracow and met by driver with my name on a board. Organised by Escape 2 Poland transfers. Direct to Ostoya Palace Hotel where we were met by very helpful staff who escorted us to room 14 and then shortly afterwards delivered our luggage. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Throughout our weeks stay the staff were great,... more
