Excellent Location. From the first e-mail to enquire about availability Cracowdays were friendly and efficienct. Taxi arranged by them was effortless and Pati was extremely helpful and friendly from our arrival. Rooms spacious even with 4 of us in it..Kitchen well equipped and convenient. Don't let the entrance put you off. Once inside you can see why it was voted a winner.The quality of the accomodation was excellent,super size room with a great shower.Breakfast was super and in such lovely surroundings.The staff were excellent and they were so accomodating. We were 8 ( eight ! ) people and remained there 4 nights. Our rate is excellent for rooms cleaning, equipments, bathrooms, silence, breakfast and crew kindness. Price was not a problem. Don't look at building exterior but go in to see rooms ! more
