This is not a 5 Star luxury hotel but the staff are just as good If not better than you will find at any 5 Star!!! They could not do enought to help....... even reserving the best seats at an intimate Chopin concert we attended!!! Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Amber. I selected the Amber based on reviews on TripAdvisor and I can endorse what others have said. The Amber is clean, comfortable and well located, being a leisurely five/ten minute stroll from the Market Square. Hotel is in a great location, a street from the planty - the green area that surrounds the old town. Its a 5 minute walk to the main square. The room was clean, stylish and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were fantastic. We received great restaurant recommendations, advice and nothing was too much trouble. We genuinely felt like welcome guests! more

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the old town square which is why I chose this hotel. We had a large room with 2 beds and a sofa bed. There was apple juice waiting for us in our room.
