We had a wonderful time in Krakow and owe much of that to the hotel. The flats were exactly as described and were perfect.. But more important than the great flats and super location was the caring and professional Medical Spa staff. They helped us in so many ways, from sightseeing highlights, to arranging private bus transportation to Zakopane, to personally assisting in a mobile phone purchase to help us keep in touch during a medical emergency back in the States. We will stay at this hotel during our next trip to Krakow. more
