From the start, I received good customer service here. I emailed to confirm our reseravation and received a reply within 24 hours. Upon check in, the front desk offered to upgrade our room with a better view...for free:-) We have a magnificient view of the mountains! Rooms are well spaced and clean. Great bathroom!
