Loved our stay here, as part of a language program. The room was perfect; very spacious and stunning views of the mountains with a great balcony. Everything was perfectly clean, the food was fantastic, the bar was well stocked with friendly staff (Mateusz!) and the Jacuzzi was a treat! We would stay here again without hesitation!

I took a bus from Krakow. There's supposed to have some buses that can drop me off at a bus stop near the hotel. Unfortunately, the locals cant understand English and there's not English sign. We went there with whole family last year and we were surprised. Very clean, large rooms with internet, nice bar and restaurant, nice food and friendly staff. The best thing is jaccuzi with a exceptional view on Tatry Mountains, while you are taking a bath:). You also have a spa services to use. Safe, full of security cams parking slots.... More

We stayed in this hotel for about 4 nights and truly am so happy I chose it. The hotel is surrounded in the beautiful nature of Zakopane. Breakfast was good and overlooking the mountains. Hotel is on a nice spot spot overlooking the Tatra. No hastle and hustle of Zakopane. To Zakopane is ca 10 KM. Hotel is clean. Rooms are good with batchroom / shower. Beds slight hard. This hotel is conveniently close to the Dunajec Gorge and other beautiful locations. Set in a quiet area we found the staff friendly and helpful. The evening meal was delicious and very reasonably priced. Our room was clean and spacious with lovely views.
