For a change we thought we'd try staying out of town, as our hotels of choice in Zakopane were already booked up {teach us to book earlier!). What a lucky break finding this place was! Family run, it is a pretty new hotel and as such is in immaculate condition. It is also spotlessly clean and the hosts can't do enough to make you feel welcome. It is set in beautiful grounds on the mountain road out of Zakopane, so the scenery is wonderful, and the place is very peaceful. Zakopane centre is a 10 minute cab ride away. Breakfast is adequate, and this is a great starting point for anyone touring the Tatras. I'd happily go again. more
