The hotel is modern and welcoming with great facilities, including free computer access in the business centre. Speaking of service, it was always first class. Everyone spoke English very well, was upbeat and smiling, knowledgeable and helpful. Indeed, it's hard to imagine this used to be Communist run hotel with surly arrogant staff . After a 48 hour train trip with three kids, a stable and manger would have looked five star, quite frankly, but this hotel was much better than that!
