The hotel was renovated not long ago. It's modern, the rooms are big enough, clean (the bathrooms as well),staff friendly.conveniently located to many attractions(close to the old center, attached to the big shopping mall).Nice breakfast (comparing to 3*** hotels in other countries)and lots of different tasty things to eat. more

This was my second trip to Wroclaw and also to this hotel. Positives - It is in an ideal location just five minutes away from the rynek and attached to a shopping centre. Rooms are clean and all areas of the hotel are well maintained. Staff were helpful with enquiries about local bus and tram services. The continental style breakfast... more

We stayed here 2 nights on a prepaid rate, It was nice weather out but very hot and stuffy in the room. We were promised many times the AC would be fixed, it never was. We asked for a different room but they insisted the AC would be fixed. Tried to check out after the first night but they refused... more

There were a few minor faults in the room, however, nothing to worry too much about. Acceptable price for its excellent location, definitely recommendable. more

I originally booked this hotel as a backup because they had a really good cancellation policy but in the end, I was SUPER happy with my stay and definitely recommend it to others. Especially with rates of only 60 euros per night! The group I was with had four rooms - we were all there for a wedding. The staff... more

My wife and I stayed at the Mercure for 3 days, and would definately recommend it to others. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good english. The hotel is very modern and clean, with a good restaurant although the choice in the restaurant isn't huge. We didn't opt for breakfast in the hotel as it seemed a bit... more

Nice new hotel of the French Mercure chain, within walking distance from the city center (approx. 5 - 10 minutes). Rooms were clean, no complaints at all. Parking is in the parking garage for the adjacent mall, some spaces are especially reserved for hotel guests and entry is right there (indoor access). Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good... more

Spent three nights at the Mercure and was impressed with the level of accomodation given the price we paid (£65 per room per night). Rooms were adequate size with separate table and chair area, air conditioned and double glazed and free bottles of water replaced every day. Right next door to a large new shopping mall with eateries in the... more

Stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great. Being in Wroclaw for tourism I thought it was only a short walk to the rynek and near all the sites. Basically I walked everywhere - from the Panorama to the University, etc. The hote has 2 computers in the lobby where you can access the internet - no money required. more

We spent two nights at the Mercure Panorama, and highly recommend it. It is 5 minutes from the Rynek (central square), and is large, modern and clean. We had booked for 2 adults and a child, and had a double bed, with a fold out sofa bed in a reasonably sized room, with large window, with a view to a... more
