I stay in many Ibis and this is definitely one of the better ones. BUT, the management should equip the cleaning staff with some bleach for the shower. Otherwise had a very good stay - needed to be near the arena and location with tram stop outside the door was ideal. Would use again if in Lodz.

Good location & clean. Rooms dated and in need of refurbishment however acceptable. Staff are unfriendly, do not greet you, just look at you miserably when you approach them. Air-conditioning was broken in BOTH our rooms resulting in a poor and uncomfortable nights sleep. Reported to reception twice, who did not resolve.

It is a basic hotel in the centre of Lodz. Het hotel has all basic facilities you would expect in a basic business hotel. Great location, helpful staff, good value for money and good food. Central with easy access to other areas of the city. Would certainly use the hotel again and recommended this hotel and the Accor Group of hotels to business colleagues

Good location, nice staff, what I dislake are the windows to the hall (lack of fresh air). Unfortunatelly the centre of the city is under reconstruction, so there is a lot of mud and dust in the surroundings.

Brilliant hotel ! and we had to turn the heating down ,beds are comfy and pillows soft , Parking outside is on a meter or underground ,we parked outside and forgot to feed the meter and got a fine ,so be aware of the traffic warden . We shall be back !!

This hotel was in a fantastic location for shopping and a night out. Only £4 (20zlote) taxi from the airport. Near a Tesco, shopping centre and taxi rank. Free wifi and a hair dryer in the room. Absolute bargain! A good, clean, basic hotel.

Because this is typical network hotel, I knew what I can expect. Rooms are clean, but rather small. Bathroom is clean too. The biggest advantage of this hotel is location (strict center of the town, near the main tourists places). I haven't visited hotel's restaurant, because within 1 km from the hotel there are many more interesting restaurants and caffee.... More

Well all well :) exept one thing that dosent let me give them a 5 star rating is that many times in the winter they turn off the heating so i would advise to speak with about it before paying for the room otherwize very good hotel, really comfortable beds, really nice shower, water is hot as you can wish,...
