This looks like a pre Berlin Wall Hotel decorated in a sixties style. The rooms are pretty grim with stained carpets and cheap plastic wood type fittings, and cold. It is in a pretty grim part of town. However everything else is good, staff, bar, meals etc. For a nights sleep it OK.
