I booked this through a brilliant site called Stay Poland whose service was personal and second to none. The Willa is on the ouskirts of Poznan in a market gardening suburb about a couple of miles from the motorway and 6 miles from the Centre if you want to look at the lovely town square etc. on the way to Warsaw.
The villa is a purpose built guesthouse in the 'german style' of nicely sized rooms and bathroom. We had a little patio outside the room with garden chairs. A plentiful 'cold cuts etc' Breakfast was served in the dining room and at other times of the year they do evening meals as well. I think lots of business people use it but we were there in August and it was very quiet. Incredible value at 280 PLN a night. Staff did not have perfect English but we got along just fine. I would stay there again.
