Very nice hotel, very clean, good food but also kind of crowdy. The service was good and the personnel was polite. Perfect for business trips to Warsaw but not the first option for people interested in visiting the old city center (it's located at ~7km from that area). more

I stayed in the Hyatt Recency for business. During my stay I had a wonderful experience. My room was huge and the bathroom was palatial. I got more towels that I ever could have used and a fresh bathrobe every other day. The bathtub is large enough to fit an adult comfortably and the shower had a lovely overhead shower... more

Good sized rooms. They charge for Internet access which is not fantastic in my opinion. Decent breakfast with great choice of food. Excellent service, staff very helpful and sometimes too proactive! (pouncing on taking plates away before you'd finished eating in some cases). Great swimming pool and gym facilities included in the price. For business it was ideal as close... more

20 min drive from the airport in peak hours. Modern, newly decorated hotel. Friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in at 9am (!) so I could use many facilities in the hotel during the whole day. I got a junior suite for EUR per night on a Sunday. The suite was around 56sqm, large and comfortable bed,... more

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I am more and more satisfied with the standard and service. On the first look the hotels seems to be slightly sever and too much modern. But the interior and especially the rooms are very comfortable, well arrenged by designers and very functional. The bathroom is gorgeous; spacious, with huge shower... more

I have stayed at this hotel 3x times in the last 2 years and it has always been excellent. The quality remains perfect with each visit. Really worth the money. The hotel is located just outside the city center, but very close to a beautiful park. It takes about 5-10 minute taxi ride to the city center, which is very... more

While the exterior of this hotel is not terribly attractive, the interior and facilities are first-rate: this is one of the most comfortable hotels to stay in in Warsaw, with great beds, quiet rooms, and good pool/gym facilities. Having stayed in many Hyatt hotels worldwide, this certainly fits their usual high-standard: rooms are spacious, bathrooms well laid out and with... more

All round good hotel, with good effecient desk and conceige service. Rooms are big, and the bathrooms even bigger. Although the yellow marble was a bit overpowering first thing in the morning. Also get an outward facing room, as the hotel is built in a diamond shape, and all the inward facing rooms look onto a small quadrangle, and each... more

Situated away from the Old Town and the Palace of Culture, taxi into town is normally around 20 ZLY with a bona fide taxi company although the cost can be much higher after 10 pm (on one night we were charged up to 60 ZLY). The room is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. Lots of international TV channels... more

I stayed here for a few nights and I had the time of my life!! The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, and the food was out of this world. The room service arrives at whatever time you request it - bang on the second! You can book wake-up calls and the TV is plasma with plenty of channels... more
