“Poorly managed staff... Too bad, as the hotel itself is very good.”

Located at the heart of the city, greatly designed however, we had to struggle with poorly manager staff. Check-in on Friday afternoon. A line of 10 people with just 1 receptionist. “Great hotel at amazing value”

went here for a long weekend and paid b&b rate for 5 star quality accommodation. Good quality buffet breakfast, however we should have checked price - thought was quoted in Zloty, but come checkout time, price was pounds sterling (and hence 5 times our expectation!)

“Very nice hotel”

The Westin Warsaw was truly a great and friendly hotel. Nice and rather large lobby and a service minded door man. Nice rooms with a decent coffee maker in the room. Very welcome! Only little thing is that they don´t provide free internet in the rooms, only in the lobby. Otherwise this is a great hotel.

“Great place”

Free internet in the lobby that makes its way up to the higher floors if you're situated properly. Very modern. Nice location. Service from the staff was very good. Breakfast buffet was very good. I would stay there again. Some English language TV channels. American movies not dubbed.

“Nice indeed”

We stayed 3 night in the business executive floor. Service is ok. The executive lounge was worth taking. The breakfast was really good. Front desk personnel should improve their service attitude but otherwise a really good choice for little break in Warsaw. Cleaning comes really late. Some chairs needs to be cleaned since they are light colours. Location is good.
