The location is good; within walking distance of Old Town (approx 10 mins) and is quiet. The pool has an amazing view and is accessible up to 11pm. This is a business hotel, with a business feel (most of Warsaw does), so it's busy and the staff aren't very friendly/accomodating for leisure travellers. Recepcion staff was very helpful and spoke very good english. This is really 5 star hotel in the centre of Warsaw. The location was perfect with a stunning view over the Palace of Culture. The people were so nice and helpful. more

This is one great hotel. Check-in was fast and friendly. Was upgraded, with free internet and breakfast. The room was spacious, bathroom was huge, separate bath tub and shower. Arrogant and non helpful staff at the reception, no water in room, breakfast ok, but not as good as a 5 star hotel usually serve. Will not reccomend! more

Superb location, good for short or long term stays. Rooms are smart and clean with a separate shower. Breakfast spread is great with live music. Good bars and restaurants with the usual international menu. Room service is prompt and the food arrived hot. NOTE: The lowest floor with standard accommodation is the 23rd floor. The location and views on this high-rise hotel can’t be beaten. Located next to a shopping centre and opposite the enormous ‘Palace of Culture and Science’ (PKiN). The Wellness centre with swimming pool and gym on (the 43rd floor) offer’s fantastic views overlooking Warsaw.
