Very nice hotels, they are adjascent to each other, beautiful view of the lake and castle. The presentation they gave on the history of Slovenia was a surprise and very interesting. We highly recommend this hotel but..... March is a bit too early, It was cold and rainy.

Hotel Kompas is a fine hotel in beautiful Bled with no real problems. Ok, the gym is small, the pool is small but at least you have gym and pool at your service. I went to this hotel during a one-week workshop for my PhD studies. The place was very nice as it had a lot of conference rooms. I did not use the pool/gym services. We were in this hotel for two nights. In my opinion this hotel does not belong to the category of four-star. Small rooms, quality of gastronomy is average, wifi didn't cover our room - we had to go to the hall with PC. The staff was friendly. We had a nice view from the rooms of the castle - optional.

It is a well-equipped hotel, but a little bit faded, especially the bathroom (flushing system did not work properly as well as the tap of the sink). The Kompas hotel is a very well known establishment, with good services. The romms are good and clean , swimming pool available all day long . I LOVE THE KOMPAS BUT just pray: please change the OPENING TIME AT SQUASH COURT: from 2,00 pm to 5 pm it should be forbidden so the hotel gusts can sleep a little bit... More
