The usual 4-star conference and wellness hotel, clean rooms, a small pool (25 m) and sauna, polite staff. The plus is the view from the rooms to the Lake Balaton, which is beautiful; and the breakfast, with an unusually wide choice of... everything you can possibly think of to have for breakfast, really. Myself and my husband stayed here in August. We first spent 3 nights in beautiful Budapest before taking a direct train from Budapest Deli station to travel to Balatonalmadi train station - about a 2 hour journey. We paid around 7 euro each way for a 1st class ticket and while its not compared to 1st class back home, it... more
