The hotel was overbooked, so they gave us a superior room plus - same charge. The room was extremely small and the decor outdated, cold and impersonal. I felt like I had stepped back in time to the 70's and it was great. Closed almost half the year so I didn't expect too much but the hotel really does its best to keep everyone happy.
