We (an extended family of 5 members) rented from Central Capital Apts for a 5-night stay in May 2009. The company owns many apartments (they have their own website), and I am reviewing the CCA "A16 Vorosmarty apartment", located at 11b Vorosmarty Utca in the VII district.

The Pros:
1) Clean, and exactly like the photos we saw on the website. Our apt has 3bedroom, 2 baths, and can sleep up to 7 people. The whole apartment is over 1200 sq ft, so there's plenty of room for everyone.
2) Furniture and appliances are fairly new and everything works well.
3) 2 of the 3 bedrooms face the back, which is very quiet. 1 bedroom faces the main street which gets some traffic noise but not too bad.
4) the agents at the agency respond promptly to emails and all inquiries. They can be reached 24 hours a day.
5) Price is very affordable.
6) Location is not bad. It is 3 blocks east and 3 blocks south of Oktogon sq. The closest metro is Vorosmarty Utca... more
