The staff were really helpful, polite, and couldn't do enough for us! Centrally located with bland corporate but clean and comfortable decor this hotel is let down by poor service from its concierge team - taxi's not arriving etc. Also the airconditioning system does not seem to work so room was hot unless window opened onto noisy street. more

The good points are the location although there are better locations on the Danube, the staff and the fact my wife and I were upgraded to a suite. The bad points were poor and expensive breakfast, pointlessly small and uncomfortable bar, gloomy resturant and 80's style decor. more
