I've stayed here twice. The first time, I had just gotten to Budapest in August of 2007, with no reservations whatsoever. I was with my then girlfriend, and we just popped up in the city at the Nepliget international bus station, which is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. We found the hotel with 50 euro per night rates, and found this more than acceptable. So we decided that on our next trip to Budapest, in August of 2008, we would stay here again. It's within walking distance of a supermarket (Kaiser's), a gas station, a metro station (Ecseri Ut), and the Nepliget bus station. Which I think puts it right where a hotel should be on the map. more
