I've stayed at this hotel on quite a few occasions most recently in early February 2012. I've used it for conferences and training sessions previously. It is a good sized hotel with plenty of facilities which certainly give it 4* for features but I feel as though it is now looking a little dated so this pushes it down to... More

The hotel was of reasonable quality and very clean. It is not in the most exciting part of the City, but then the weather was terrible and I was there to work... The conference staff were excellent, indeed all of the staff were charming and friendly the food was absolutely top rate and very reasonably priced. My room was very... More

I have stayed 3 nights with my wife the Christmas break in Budapest in this hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, for exaplme the Farm-style chicken breast stuffed with ewe’s cottage cheese and chives.. We booked that on the booking.com and it was easy, pleasant and cheap. And one more: at the... More

The value of the hotel very much depends on the price you pay for it. I wouldnt say that paying more then 50 eur is worth the place and the service. Rooms are relatively small, there are smoking rooms on the same floor and you can smell those sometimes. There is a small park in front with a restaurant in... More

Overall, it is an affordable hotel with good service. The room service and restaurant eals were very good. The front desk was very helpful. The rooms are a bit old but they have done a good job updating the hotel with Wi-Fi and TV programs. The best feature was service though. More

Spent 3 nights in this place last week when weather was around 25 to 30°C. Lof this hotel is not too bad as it is walking distance from a tramway station. Then it takes you 15minutes by Tram to arrive downtown. The hotel in itself is indicated as 4 stars, but is more like 2 stars. Very old deco, not... More

I book at the hotel Flamenco danubius for a business trip...it was cheap, well located for my needs (but a little bit far from the center for touristic needs..), people was friendly but....the place was not refurbished, wi-fi was really expensive and in general the place was nothing of special..not too much business oriented, not so much typical, not enough... Booked and paid this hotel online but the hotel had no record of the payment, only the booking. The staff at reception was rude, ignored us eventhough there was no other guests waiting at the reception desk. At checkout it took us quite a while to convince them that our stay had already been paid for at the time of... More
