The hotel is situated in the 'youth Budapest': Raday utca (Raday street) is very very close to the city centre, has a lot of facilities and trasportation services, a good selection of bars and restaurants and is plenty of interesting people :) The hotel is very cheap (about 50/60 Euros per night per couple), there's a good continental breakfast and... more
The ibis is a basic hotel at a cheap price. But the location is fantastic. It's on a lovely little street full of places to eat and drink. Staff were friendly and helpful. more
I've been mostly staying in Ibis Hotels around the world because it's a good idea: not very expensive and you get most of your needs, although they may differ a lot from place to place. As I don't think that quality should be obtained through complaints, and it's useless to complain to the hotel or even to the Ibis head... more
We enjoyed our visit. This IBIS is well run and very clean. The young people working there are excellent. more
Normally for an Ibis review, I usually find myself saying it was a ‘typical Ibis’. Unfortunately, for this hotel I can’t say that. It was much worse. First of all, the location was great. It is right off of Raday Utca and lots of dining with outdoor seating. It is also an easy 5 min walk to the Central Market,... more

The rooms are Ibis standard and breakfast is OK if you stay 2 or 3 days, because there are no change in the menu. The staff was friendly. I have one little problem with the credit card... more
I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel and Budapest in general. The Hotel is very close to the underground metro and tram lines, and is about a 15 minute walk to the Parliament. It's located along Raday Utca which has many outstanding cafes and restaurants along it. The Hotel staff were really friendly and the breakfast I thought was... more
Yes, there really are only 3 hairdryers for 126 rooms, so take your own. In three days I couldn’t get one, despite asking several times. Breakfast: €9 (charged on your bill in florints) but worth it, rather than hunting it out at a nearby café, which could cost you nearly as much. There is also a €4.50 early-bird (4.30 am.... more
I stayed at the Ibis for a couple nights in February & chose it mainly based on price. It's a good deal & I guess I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. It seemed like it was newly remodeled. Rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful (the front desk scheduled a cab pickup & a couple excursions for me).... more
