We came to this hotel for our second honeymoon after a short stay in Romania and there's nothing to compare - we had much better time! The location is amazing, the stuff is very friendly and the breakfast was really great. We we're upgraded to a suite complementary on the house. Highly recommended! more

This is really a very nice and magnificent hotel located in an old palce that is beautiful. Rooms are very good, bathroom imaculous. The only downside in that you are not in the center, near the Danube, but transportation is so good that you get to all place in minutes! more

We visited the New York Palace to celebrate a friends birthday. Our first impressions when we got our rooms was that we had died and gone to heaven. The hotel standards were excellent,the staff friendly and approachable. We enjoyed the restaurant and spa . The whole experience was magnificent and we cannot wait to go back . more

An amazing experience. Staff were very welcoming & professional. The room (we were upgraded to a suite) and facilities were faultless and the breakfast was very good. Not perfect location, but only 5 minutes walk from the nearest underground station and good tram and bus services. Would recommend this to anyone. more
