Stayed at the Queen's Court for a week, in a standard suite. Very comfortable bedroom with king size bed, living room with fully-equipped kitchenette and with dining table, bathroom had a washer/drier. Spotlessly clean. Decor rather dull and dated, although the hotel was built within the last three years. Plasma TVs in living room and bedroom, fairly limited channels. Broadband... more

First, nuts disappeared from the desk, not that bad, but next my mobile was gone, while I was out. The staff, not that friendly anymore, waived all responsibility because it wasn't stored in the safe. That is a curious thing to say. Apart form this, good value for money. The lower floors are quite dark, no sun coming in. more

We stayed at Queens Court for three days at the beginning of May, when the weather was very pleasant. The rooms are superb. We had a suite - they are all suites of slightly differing configurations - consisting of a good bedroom and bathroom, and a sitting room with a very well equipped kitchenette attached. We were on a room... more

I recently stayed here for two nights & was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is very good value. The silver suites are nicely equipped (even a clothes washer / dryer) You needn't pay more for a good hotel in Budapest. The spa was good although not as fancy as other very expensive hotels. The exercise equipment was good. Staff were helpful.... more

We loved this hotel. The staff was superb. The facilities are incredible. We were in a Silver Suite and the kitchen was great. It saved us a great deal of money on meals that we could prepare "at home." There is a great supermarket just two blocks away. The pool was superb as was the jacuzzi. They even have a... more

We booked a Silver suite at the Queen's Court and Residence through Hotels.com for a bargain and we weren't disappointed. The rooms are very spacious, there is a large living room area and a separate bedroom (both have a plasma TV), a spotless bathroom and a big fully-equipped kitchen. OK, maybe it's not as glamorously decorated as other 5 star... more

Good location, within walking distance of most attractions. Safe to walk around at night as well. The fitness room and pool are great too. Rooms are lovely, tastefully decorated and very clean. I would recommend this to anyone. more

Stayed for 4 nights in January 2009. This hotel is centrally located, only 15 minutes walk from the Western rail station and about the same to the Danube. It also just a few blocks away from Kiraly Utca with its nice range of bars, restuarants and shops. I had a Silver Suite and it was exactly as shown in the... more

We were accually informed by the members of the staff working in the breakfast area that breakfast was included in our price and that the receipt slip that I had to sign on the third day of the three we stayed for, was 'just for administration'. What bull! When we checked out the hotel manager treated us like idiots for... more

Management response from

It is truly an unexceptional behaviour, and we are very much sorry for this. This GM is not working for the Hotel anymore. It is really a shame that all the other experiences of the guest went wrong because of the manor of the former GM who seemed to be very unprofessional in many other ways as well. Please come...

Would highly recommend this hotel... we stayed over the new year period. Budapest was sooooo cold - the hotel was a warm cosy haven! Went with another couple and we booked 2 silver suites and although both slightly different they were excellent. Separate kitchen living area, cosy bedroom and lovely bathroom. Husband used the pool and sauna facility and said... more
