Location could not be better. Room we had was small, but functional and was quiet (inner courtyard). Advice would be to get to the breakfast (good buffet) early (before 9am) if busy. We found the hotel to be in a fabulous location for the sites in town and also for proximity to a lovely square in front of St Peter's Basilica that was wonderful for relaxing and people watching after dinner.
