We loved this old fashioned place! You drive past Lake Balaton, then Lake Heviz. You turn on a side street in Heviz and come to a sad looking property. Don't be sad! We went to the above Hotel during Easter. The food(self service buffet) was excellent. The facilities were excellent, ie indoor pool, sauna, steam jacuzzi etc. (and yes we went in the outdoor pool too) My son came and was happy with the Wi Fi. This hotel was fantastic value for what you got and while great as a stopover or base to visit lake Balaton or the Heviz Thermal lake (2nd largest in the world) it might not be a place to stay for a week just to use its leisure facilities.
