We booked for 1 night.Information on booking .com stated reception would be open till 5.30pm.We had booked 2 days before so they should have been expecting us! We arrived on Saturday at 2.30pm.Very,very ,very hard to find luckily had GPS and there was an unoccupied office.This place is amongst the apartments built for the population during the soviet era.The office... more

They sent out a letter stating someone would be waiting for us and the sent bus times and directions to the hotel from the station.
