I am quite unhappy with Stella.

The proprietor appeared a bit crooked from the beginning. Namely, she changed the price (higher), and said she was giving us a discount when the "lower" price offered actually matched the standard price listed on the website. However, as the location was nice and the apartment itself looked good, we booked there.

Upon our showing up, the proprietor first of all didn't recognize/remember that we were coming(?) despite having agreed clearly to the booking over the phone (booking was done in Slovak - so I don't believe it was a language barrier). She then informed us that unfortunately the room we booked was already taken, and the only one available was the more expensive one. When we asked if she would give us the room, which was 20% more expensive, with a discount, she tersely informed us that there were other places we could stay and we were welcome to go and look for them.
