I spend there enjoyable spa week my girfriends. Balnea Grand is the part of hotel’s complex Balnea Grand Splendid, which is closed by Balnea centre in the northern part of Spa Island. It was a little bit awkward for us 27 years old to be in a place with people aged between 40 and 80, we really couldnt interact with other people. The only young person we met was a trainer (quite handsome) from fitness centre. The gym is ok, but i do not recommend yoga classes. The yoga master didn't know what yoga was about (i personally don't think she was a master at all). Aged about 70 years old she didn't do any asana right and she was using some pics printed from internet to show how to do an asana without any ephasis on right positioning or breathing. I was doing yoga myself in my hotel room. There is little English spoken, but we spoke mixture of Polish and Russian so the communication wasn’t bad, it was funny sometimes.
